The Journey Into Travel Agency
My journey into the travel agency industry began with a deep love for exploring new places and helping others do the same. Ever since I was young, I found joy in researching destinations, planning family vacations, and organizing every detail to make sure the trip went smoothly. After planning a few successful trips for friends and family, I realized how much I enjoyed the process—not just the travel itself, but the behind-the-scenes work. That led me to pursue a position at a local travel agency, where I started learning the business from the ground up.

What truly drew me in was the opportunity to create meaningful experiences for people. I love being the person who turns someone’s dream vacation into a real, stress-free plan. That’s what inspired me to make this my career—and it still motivates me today.
Education, Apprenticeship, and Core Skills
I studied a field related to tourism and hospitality, specifically business administration with a focus on tourism and hospitality. I began my career as an apprentice at a travel agency, working as an American Express representative. In this role, I handled various travel products such as traveler's checks, credit card repossessions, and credit card transaction authorizations for travelers, and I sold American Express platform products and reward program exchanges for cardholders. I was significantly inspired by the co-founder of one of the oldest international companies in my town. My passion and skills include a love for planning and details, a desire to help others experience the world, and an enjoyment of solving problems and making travel easy for others.
